The foundation of our Party’s ideology stems from its orientation and broad social support base, which is rooted in a people-centric and inclusive approach. As a result, the guiding principles of our Party are centered around humanism, patriotism, pan-Africanism, and socialism. Our Party is dedicated to advocating for and safeguarding the rights and well-being of the masses and humanity as a whole. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for all individuals, fostering prosperity and stability within the nation, and ensuring the prevalence of fairness and justice.

Aligned with these principles, the ideology embraced by the Labour Party and its members is Social Democracy. Therefore, our Party is committed to upholding and championing Social Democratic values and principles, to achieve social justice, progress, and the realization of a democratic and unified society.
